This code integrates with the out-of-tree and long-abandoned KSecretsService API, but it has been disabled
at build time for years.

The intention seems to use whatever secrets provider provides org.freedesktop.Secrets through the KWallet API.

The idea is certainly interesting, but given it has been defunct "forever" there's little point in keeping this code.

A proper solution would involve using QtKeyChain as an interface library

Don't remove deprecated things in the runtime, that needs to be done carefully to avoid breaking consumers oof the runtime

master is for Qt6-based development now

The CI system already provides this so it doesn't have any effect there, but this allows to generate correct dependency data for kdesrc-build from .kde-ci.yml

Service files are obsolete

And properly separate X11-specific bits

Active window detection doesn't work on Wayland, so only do it on X11
