KCheckAccelerators performance impact

Hi, for Kate, that creates "a lot" of sub widgets, the KCheckAccelerators is a visible part of the profile if you have a lot of documents open. With around 30 I had here ~5% in the autocheck parts.

Is it really wanted that this runs per default and must not be enabled in the config explicitly?

Perhaps I miss the point, but per default the auto check is on but the notification is of. But I might misunderstand what this class does.

@neundorf did point me to that by complaining about the Kate performance with a lot of files open.
