Clear KXMLGUIClient in memory xml doc after saving shortcuts to disk

Albert Astals Cid requested to merge work/aacid/clean-in-memory-xml-after-saving-shortcuts into master

Since the in memory xml doc would contain the old shortcuts not the new ones we saved to disk

This fixes part of Okular bugs 384700, 411492
