I don't think I'm quite happy with this API, as it still duplicated stuff from hasElementPrefix method; and also this required enum conversion between Qt::Edge and PlasmaCore.Types.Location — they are just incompatible for whatever reason, and we have to deal with it somewhere.
Anyway, waiting for some feedback.
