Use onPositionChanged instead of onContainsMouseChanged in ExpandableListItem

Prevents items from getting unintended hover/focus when the list reflows.

This gives moving between items an odd smooth look though, which doesn't really appear anywhere else in Plasma. Please see if that's okay.
