wallpaperinterface: Add some apis needed for wallpaper accent color support

This property provides access to the ID of the screen where the wallpaper interface is on. Can be useful to figure out if a wallpaper is on the primary screen. This is an update from the MR made by Fushan Wen. Needed for plasma-workspace!1325 (merged)
