Enable Qt6 CI for plasma-frameworks

This requires one hack to disable a custom scene graph node, using the same approach as already used in Kirigami.

Besides checking Qt6 support doesn't regress here, this also clears the path towards Qt6 CI coverage for krunner and some of the Plasma repos.
