Remove Svg classes and those that depend from them

Marco Martin requested to merge work/mart/removeSvg into master

Part of frameworks/ksvg#1 (closed).

Now everything has been ported to KSvg and Kirigami.Icon so the actual classes can be removed from plasma-framework.
