Localization support

Evgeny Chesnokov requested to merge echesnokov/qqc2-desktop-style:translations into master

At the moment, the repository does not have a localization mechanism, but the TextFieldContextMenu.qml file contains items that need it. Because of this, when changing the language, the following occurs:

Or was this mechanism purposely disabled?
