Use loader for treeview indicators

Most cell delegates are not tree items. Only ever the first column, and even then this delegate is often used for regulars tables.

The indicator is a non-trivial object. An invisible StyleItem will perform various size hint calculations and register for multiple event filters even when hidden.

There should be no behavioural changes.
