Mark katehighlightingindexer as a non-GUI executable

Alex Richardson requested to merge arichardson/syntax-highlighting:macos-cross-compile into master

This is needed to allow cross-compilation from macOS (otherwise the binary ends up as <build_dir>/katehighlightingindexer.app/Contents/MacOS/katehighlightingindexer).
