I self-compiled it. And porting to python3 is only possible after
python-twisted has been ported sufficiently.

the python sqlite3 module is easier to use

Make sure sqlite3 cleans up when program is killed

and remove --fill option

option --nokde for testing

which may be any part of the ruleset name (no regex). Check for ambiguity
