      In KGameRenderer extract the KGoldrunner theme-parameters and use the QGraphicsScene to set the border color. In g.h and g.cpp change the tile-coordinate system to be in line with KGoldrunner internal grid-coordinates. In kgoldrunner.cpp, comment out an erroneous reference to KGameRenderer.

      Most of this is straightforward. Some more complicated changes are in
      1. libkdegames: I needed to fix the headers <KgAudioScene> and
         <KgSound>, which did not refer to the right include location when
         installed.
      2. kgoldrunner: Its CMake code may not depend on OpenAL and libsndfile
         anymore. KGoldRunner therefore now uses the new
         <libkdegames_capabilities.h> header and enables sound only if
         KGAUDIO_BACKEND_OPENAL is set.
      
      KMahjongg and KShisen are not done yet. I could not create a
      config-script for KMahjongg because CMake currently gets confused over
      exported targets in multiple source directories. (D'oh...)

      The branches using Phonon directly are removed completely. As discussed
      with Ian, sound is enabled only if low latency playback via the OpenAL

      Tidy up includes and forward declarations. Remove some debugging code. Allow more time to observe death of hero. Disable some menu items during replay or demo. Include control-mode, speed and kill-hero in recordings and replays. Handle startup of level player object when the game is paused. Keep replay or demo active during Pause and Hint actions. Re-enable the demo at startup. Re-record the startup demo. Avoid saving the ENDE screen between sessions of KGoldrunner. Re-enable settings for speed and keyboard mode. Tidy up TODO comments. Handle unexpected end of recording during replay or demo. Use local translations from current game and level data in DEMO and SOLVE actions.

      Make the animation smoother when falling and standing on an enemy. Fix some problems in the search strategy code for the KGoldrunner rules. Finalise the KGrTimer code. Remove a redundant show() of the main window. Avoid mixing QAction, KAction and setShortcut() in the GUI. Make the editor reference and create games on the main game-list, not a copy. Add a view to KGrGameIO, for error messages. Update the debugging output for hero's and enemies' states. Fix some minor memory leaks. Remove the printRules() method, needed only during testing.
