      Add the KgTheme framework. · 5367a0d5
      Stefan Majewsky authored
      The KGameRenderer API is adjusted to use a KgThemeProvider instead
      of KGameTheme. To ensure that everything still compiles, games using
      KGameRenderer are ported to KgTheme immediately.

      Some comments about how the games were ported:

      * KAtomic, Kolf, Kollision and KReversi don't install .desktop files for
        their themes anymore. They are not really needed since there is only
        one theme per game, but KGameRenderer previously required a .desktop
        file for KGameTheme. KgTheme works with hardcoded SVG paths, too.

      * I found that Granatier abuses the KGameRenderer framework in a quite
        interesting way to add support for a fallback theme. The proper
        solution is to integrate this functionality in KGameRenderer. This
        commit does a very direct port to KgTheme only.

      Some UI consistency work · f7de7131

       * Add main Toolbar

      Some coding convention work
       * Add 'Navigation' menu für keyboard navigation actions. Mainly usefull to look up shortcuts... And it saves a call to 'addAction(action)' for those actions, as their shortcut aren't registered otherwise.
       * Add 'Navigation' toolbar for keyboard navigation actions.
       * Add tooltips to keyboard navigation actions.
       * Rename initKAction() method to setupActions(); towards best practice for all of KDE Games...
       * use 'actionCollection()->add<QAction>(name, this, SLOT(slotName()))' style action creation. This seems to be the preferred way now.
       * Added some comments

      Some 'use available technologies' work
       * Use XMLGui Action states for enabling/disabling 'undo'
       * Move icon, shortcut, whatsThis and text declarations for actions into <ActionProperties> in the xxxui.rc file. Seperates Usablility and UI consistency concerns from coding. Not sure if the i18n work nice, though.

      Please report if I've broken something;-)

      Remove KScoreDialog::addScore(int newScore, const FieldInfo& newInfo, const... · b6b5ea19
      Matt Williams authored
      Remove KScoreDialog::addScore(int newScore, const FieldInfo& newInfo, const AddScoreFlags& flags) and replace with:
      KScoreDialog::addScore(const FieldInfo& newInfo, const AddScoreFlags& flags)
      KScoreDialog::addScore(int newScore, const AddScoreFlags& flags)
      So if you want to simply add a score with no other info, use the second one. But if you want to submit more than one field (e.g. name, date atc.) you must create a KScoreDialog::FieldInfo object and use the first.
