      Adding new option KONQUEST_EXAMPLE_PLAYER. If it is not set, it will
      default to OFF and example player won't be added. If it is set, e.g.
      -DKONQUEST_EXAMPLE_PLAYER=on two source files will be added to the list
      of all program files and KONQUEST_EXAMPLE_PLAYER define propagated to
      code as #define.

      The dialogue "current standings" is replaced by a dockable widget. This way
      the player is able to see the standings all the time without the need to
      open/close the dialogue at the beginning of each turn.
      
      The dockable widget can also be made floating, so it can be used almost the
      same as the modal dialogue before.

      nearly all situations - 1on1 and FFA. It is mainly tested in games with
      two other players, 22x22 board with 40 neutral planets with 0-2 neutral
      production.
      It works nicely in cumulative games as well.
      The only known "issue" is that it uses neutral kill percentage for
      target selection even in blind games, where the player cannot see the
      kill percentage.

      new local human spectator player controller which does not have any
      planets and does not count as active player.
      In case all selected player controllers are spectators, or only one
      non-spectating player controller is set, consider the match as
      spectator-only and reject it as there is either no winner at all, or the
      winner is known already (the only non-spectating player).

      Most of this is straightforward. Some more complicated changes are in
      1. libkdegames: I needed to fix the headers <KgAudioScene> and
         <KgSound>, which did not refer to the right include location when
         installed.
      2. kgoldrunner: Its CMake code may not depend on OpenAL and libsndfile
         anymore. KGoldRunner therefore now uses the new
         <libkdegames_capabilities.h> header and enables sound only if
         KGAUDIO_BACKEND_OPENAL is set.
      
      KMahjongg and KShisen are not done yet. I could not create a
      config-script for KMahjongg because CMake currently gets confused over
      exported targets in multiple source directories. (D'oh...)

      Explode the weird gamecore.h/gamecore.cc containing too many classes.
      - Player => player.cc/player.h
      - AttackFleet, DefenseFleet, Fleet => fleet.cc/fleet.h
      - Planet => planet.cc/planet.h
      Left in gamecore : CoreLogic and Map/Sector classes.
      
      
      Also introduce a bug in the scoreTable, but this kind of thing is better left unsaid I suppose :)
