Now such strings as "chip_bw" are declared at one place among c++ files.

Implemented highscores. Also added some missing i18n.

Used passed to StartGameDialog KgThemeProvider and extracted needed
image with QSvgRenderer.

You can select computer skill on StartGameDialog. Also KgThemeProvider
is now stored in KReversiMainWindow to allow StartGameDialog use it.

Now username automatically installed according to KDE profile, skill
combo is disabled when Human player is selected. Some other minor
additions.

Now you can choose game type: play with computer, with friend, see
computer-computer match. I have commented all other functionality to add
it later with needed fixes.
