Various proof-reading changes.  Some outstanding alterations to make, but I'll have to leave it there for now.  Key points:

- 'Countries List' should be either 'List of Countries' or 'Country List', one of the delightful vagueries of English.
- 'let the player chose' - should be choose.  chose is past-tense, e.g. 'the player chose X'.  The reason it's confusing is that lose, as in 'lose the game', is written with one o, but sounds the same.
