P.S. Why the &%^$ can't Designer do layouts on QWidgets?  They _keep_ saying it is fixed in the _next_ version and I keep beliving that *&%$ only to find that it still doesn't work.  So when it _DOES_ work someone needs to give the appeareance.ui file a vertical layout.
