      bugfix: jump-to-error repaired for German translation of gmake's output
              (in coutputwidget.cpp)

  Now it's possible to set color printing inside kdeveloprc.

  - line wrap is on again (wrapping is cooler than loooong lines!)
  - Qt-3.0.3, only: jump to error jumped to wrong line after the patch of Sebastian was applied
  - scroll to bottom after insertAt as lang as you didn't click on a certain line to stay there

applied patch of Kuba Ober (kuba@mareimbrium.org), fixes single-file compiling functionality for Custom projects

* Applied Sebastian's patch for coutputwidget.cpp, click on error
message now jumps to the correct line.

- applied patch of Anders Lynge Esbensen <esban@egmont-kol.dk>: Fixes on docu indexing. Reviewed by Harry.
- applied printer patch of Walter Tasin: Much improved printing, some other minor stuff. Reviewed by myself.
- applied my fixes for page 0 of AppWizard: Ability of resizing, layout and word wrapping fixes. Too trivial for reviewing.
