Summary:
For a message like this:
  msgctxt ""
  "context string"
  msgid "original text"
the former code changed the msgctxt and also added
  msgctxt "(qtundo-format)"
because it did not find the existing msgctxt on the previously line
w.r.t. msgid.

To fix the problem, we additionally check:
  lastLine !~ /^"/

The template file will still contain the header entry,
thus being a valid PO file.
Probably not good to have zero-message templates in the first place,
but in case one appears this prevents breakage down the line.

*put a .i18n file with content "foo" for foo.pot into a dir to assign this dir with foo.pot
*put an empty .i18n file to completely exclude the dir
*"append #warning noi18n" line to exclude single file
*only used in kexi/ for now

When extracting from kundo2_i18n*() calls, the scripts Messages.sh
also prepend "(qtundo-format)" to context strings (msgctxt) in the
resulting translation template (.pot).
