Add LF_VERSION_BUGFIX to required version (i.e. 0.2.6.0 instead of 0.2.6) for detecting LensFun and fixed FindLensFun.cmake accordingly

This reverts commit 27a13987.

Somehow it doesn't seem to work anymore, I'm pretty sure it did yesterday.
Since I don't have time to look into this, I'll revert it, before this gets
committed to the final version.

Use a QSet for subtracting invalid filepaths, this is faster than using the iterator, it::erase and QStringList::contains.
Do not extract the image id, it is never used and querying for it only wastes time.
This will speed up the maintenance tool (in combination with the "scan for images without thumbnail" option)

Make internal mysql server work again.

Fix to support finding LensFun version from lensfun.h (necessary for MSVC / Windows builds) based loosely on FindLCMS2.cmake

Removed obselete actions from context menu in album tree view for Root and Parent collections.
Added KMessageBox showing error if someone tries to open Root in terminal or file manager.

Remove internal LensFun library code and xml lens database. Set only an optional and external dependency to last 0.2.6 release.
This will spimply internal code and maintainance.
