Save quality settings for other image formats

Hello,

gwenview has JPEG save quality setting in GUI which allows user to set compression quality when saving .jpg images (also there is JPEGQualityChooserWidget).

I would welcome if the setting is available for other image formats too, for example WEBP and AVIF, they also use settings in 0-100 range.

Perhaps it is not necessary to make new settings for other image formats, maybe it would be good to use one general setting: Instead of "JPEG save quality" there could be universal "Export image quality" for example.
