448256 Force node updates before projecting a newly imported document

Amy spark requested to merge lsegovia/krita:work/amyspark/448256-svg-paint-on-import into master

This MR ensures we wait on import of a SVG file before projecting it to a paint device. The bug report only covers SVG file layers, but I expect it'll also happen on raw pastes.

Test Plan

Build Krita. Drag and Drop a SVG file, and choose a paint or file layer. Check that the result is correctly displayed.
