Coverity issues since 23.03.2022 [part 7] - mostly initializing variables (last MR of that kind)

Just initializing variables in lots of places.

Total sum of Coverity issues fixed: 51, I think.

Test Plan

make test after the MR, and reading the code if I haven't missed anything obvious.
