Packaging: fix MSYS Clang detection on Windows

In MSYS, the g++ alias is provided in a separate, optional package. And due to how MSYS lays out the ABI paths, the script currently detects the "InstalledDir" line instead of the version line.

Test Plan

Package Krita using the corresponding script. Check that MSYS Clang is detected without the need to install mingw-w64-clang-x86_64-gcc-compat.
