462356 Update LittleCMS to 2.14 and revert a fix for CMYK optimizations

I think Marti forgot CMYK spaces are very quirky under low bit depth conditions.

Test Plan

Build LittleCMS and Krita, then create a document with CMYK 8-bit integer depth and the ICC profile in the bug report.

Check that the advanced color selector looks like this:
