KDE: update Frameworks to 5.101.0 and kdcraw to 22.12.1

This MR is to submit an update to the KDE libraries we use. I've taken the chance to clean up the patches we applied, since the vast majority of them were already available upstream or already marked by Halla for removal back in Krita 3.0.

Test Plan

Build 3rdparty. I tested here with Clang MSYS2 and MSVC on Windows.
