Created panel to gather and hide docker tool visibility options in the Assistant tool.

I have created a collapsible side-panel which contains the check-boxes to control adding and removing tool options from the floating assistant tool docker. The panel is placed to avoid interrupting the 'Custom Color' button and I have included a button to collapse/un-collapse it. These issues were brought up in this thread

Reminder: the reviewer is responsible for merging the patch, this is to ensure at the least two people can build the patch. In case a patch breaks the build, both the author and the reviewer should be contacted to fix the build. If this is not possible, the commits shall be reverted, and a notification with the reasoning and any relevant logs shall be sent to the mailing list, kimageshop@kde.org.
