Build Krita's libs with Qt5 and Qt6

This ports all of our libraries to Qt6, while keeping them buildable with Qt5.

Note: the HDR stuff is BROKEN. We need to fix that when we fix Qt6 to support HDR, or in case Qt6 does already support HDR, port our stuff to their stuff, but that's outside the scope of this merge request.
