Make 'Copy of' on duplicated layer name optional

Make 'Copy of' on duplicated layer name optional, in line with the options for merged and pasted layer names.

I investigated making it possible to customize the texts and whether they're a prefix or suffix, but I'm abandoning that idea for now.

Test Plan

  1. Disable the option Prepend "Copy of" to duplicated layers in Settings->General->Miscellaneous under "Automatic layer naming".
  2. Duplicate a layer, it should have the same name as the original.

Reminder: the reviewer is responsible for merging the patch, this is to ensure at the least two people can build the patch. In case a patch breaks the build, both the author and the reviewer should be contacted to fix the build. If this is not possible, the commits shall be reverted, and a notification with the reasoning and any relevant logs shall be sent to the mailing list, kimageshop@kde.org.
