JPEG XL: Fix unable to set EPF value to -1 (encoder chooses) on export
This MR proposed to fix EPF (Edge Preserving Filter) slider on JPEG XL export advanced tab that cannot be set to -1 (encoder chooses, default) as per API docs, this bug makes the encoder always override the value instead of automatically chooses it by default.
Test Plan
- Build Krita
- Export an image document to JPEG XL image with EPF slider set to -1 in advanced tab
- Verify if it's exported successfully
