Properly handle taps when touch painting
Properly handle taps when touch painting, rather than just ignoring the input, it now produces a press and release like you would expect. This makes e.g. making single dots with the freehand tool or clicking with the zoom tool work properly.
Test Plan
- Ensure that touch painting is enabled in the preferences. If not, enable it and restart Krita.
- Tap the canvas with one finger.
- Previous behavior: nothing happens.
- New behavior: the tool gets invoked in the spot you tapped.
