[android] Catch background service start exception

It seems like onPause can be called when the application is already in a paused state, which means it's not allowed to start any kind of service. We just catch the resulting exception, since there isn't anything we can do about the situation.

Relates to #15 (closed).

Test Plan

Since we don't know how to reproduce it: release this and hope the errors in the Play Console stop.

If this is not possible, the commits shall be reverted, and a notification with the reasoning and any relevant logs shall be sent to the mailing list, kimageshop@kde.org.
