Fix crash when deleting vector layers

Fixed a crash where krita would crash when you delete a vector layer and close the document.

Fixes BUG:512649

Test Plan

1. Open a document
2. Create a vector layer
3. Select that vector layer and delete it
4. Close the document without saving
5. No crash
