Fix selection action panel not properly responding to touchscreen and tablet events

Test Plan

  1. Make a selection

  2. Interact with a SAP button using a stylus

  3. The Button responds

  4. Move the SAP on a touchscreen

  5. It properly moves

  6. Press a SAP button on a touchscreen

  7. The Button properly responds

Reminder: the reviewer is responsible for merging the patch, this is to ensure at the least two people can build the patch. If this is not possible, the commits shall be reverted, and a notification with the reasoning and any relevant logs shall be sent to the mailing list, kimageshop@kde.org.
