Fix more resource dropdown stuff.

Enter on tagging textfield now applies it. When the model index changed, the view will switch to it. In qt6, using a tag now also works, this was due rolename forwarding, though the way KisAllTagResourceModel handles roles and columns is a bit annoying here.

Testing in qt5 still.
