Improve wayland preferred space info section.

This adds a CIE tongue widget to display the color space.

It also replaces the label with a text browser so the there's a scrollbar and the text is selectable.

To do

  • Get access to the Master info, as that is the display's actual range.

Test Plan

Check the color management->display section in the preferences while in wayland.
