Fix writable resource path validator
By assigning it to the correct text field and returning Intermediate instead of Invalid so that the user can actually type something into this field at all.
Test Plan
- Try to type into the backup suffix field, observe that it works now.
- Try to type into the resource directory field, observe that that still works.
- Try to save a non-writable resource directory, observe that that also still works.
