Fix fallout from HDR canvas decorations

The color managed canvas decorations had some issues.

TODO:

  • fix the black squares in selection action panel, in qt5...
  • Test if this also happens in qt6+x11
  • Fix the assistant panel? Are black squares an issue here?
  • Figure out what causes the slowdown introduced by b23c32a9, my theory is that it's KisDisplayColorConverter::convertColorToDisplayColorSpace, but I can of course not reproduce...
