WIP : Show KisFloatingMessage with Size/Position

This MR adds a KisFloatingMessage for the following

  1. Line -Length
  2. Rectangle - Width an Height
  3. Ellipse - Width and Height
  4. Crop Tool - Width and Height
  5. Freehand Brush - Size
  6. MultiBrush - Number of Brushes
  7. Dragging Mirror Axis - Position
  8. Dragging Guides - Position

Test Plan

Use the above mentioned tools and it should show the Position or Size in upper Left Corner Formalities Checklist

  • I confirmed this builds.
  • I confirmed Krita ran and the relevant functions work.
  • I tested the relevant unit tests and can confirm they are not broken. (If not possible, don't hesitate to ask for help!)
  • I made sure my commits build individually and have good descriptions as per KDE guidelines.
  • I made sure my code conforms to the standards set in the HACKING file.
  • I can confirm the code is licensed and attributed appropriately, and that unattributed code is mine, as per KDE Licensing Policy.
