Bugfix: Popup palette doesn't disappear when using keyboard shortcut

For pointer events we hide it in KisInputManager::eventFilterBeginImpl,
so we needed to handle keyboard events and SPen events
explicitly (like in 443600).

Perhaps a toggle function would suit more?
