Summary:
Copied FindLibExiv2.cmake from ECM 5.53.0 until we raise min version.

Upstream advises to include single exiv2/exiv2.hpp over separate headers
that are in the process of being refactored.

Pckagers, it is *strongly* recommented to use 0.25 since 0.24 has bad bugs but this makes it easier for our CI to build stuff
and since the API is the same it won't introduce other problems

bump Exiv2 shared lib version to last 0.25.0 due to huge bug report due to video parsing crash with Exiv2 0.24.0

bug fix : the XMP tags list handling do not respect C++ exception catch. Only a main catch is done so if one namespace do not exist in case of use an older Exiv2 version, no XMP namespace is returned.
The patch check all namespace step by step using a dedicated exception handling section.
BC not changed.

move all libkexiv2 widget into digiKam core as MetadataEdit tool is now moved from kipiplugins to digiKam.
These widget only exist in libkexiv2 becaus eit shared between digiKam and MetadataEdit tool.
