add custom common gamma table when not provided by SANE

Remove the extra common gamma option of libksane and use the one provided directly by SANE. Works fine with the test backend and actually removes the duplicated common gamma option there. However, I don't know why it was added initially this way. Some extra testing may be good.

This is also the last MR that it is required before the interface/logic split.
