RFC: remove icons in combo box for color mode

It is the only combobox in KDE I know of that has icons and is thus inconsistent. It also happens that this is the last thing prohibiting a full separation of the KSaneWidget from SANE internals (cannot be done easily here as it uses a translated string). But I know that removing stuff is sometimes difficult, hence this is a RFC :)
