Toggleable quick annotation tools

Merged Simone Gaiarin requested to merge gaiarin/okular:toggleable-quick-actions into master
  • The quick annotation action is now toggleable
  • The quick annotation is not a proxy for a builtin annotation anymore
  • The annotation toolbar is not shown anymore when a quick annotation action is triggered
  • The last used quick annotation action is remembered (unless the quick annotation tools are updated)
