Switch info and edit buttons of the buttonRow in the delegate item.
Connections usually have info, but not necessarily edit. This change
results in the info button always showing up in the same place in the
items, making for a more uniform look and more predictable positioning
of actions, supporting the user's spatial memory.

This produces a slightly better alignment with the icon and buttons,
adding a bit of soft spacing at the top of the labels, making them look
more balanced vertically.

This changes the name of the applet which is visible in the new
sytemtray to Networks, the "Management" bit is clear from the context
here.

- bold only when connection is active
The font weight and italic is used to indicate connection state.
Painting all items with a Uuid bold defeats the purpose, since it's now
not immediately clean when a connection is active from the boldness of
hte font.

- opacity change for the subtext: this change is in line with style
  recommendations from the artists, subitems opacity is used as .6
throughout plasma, use that instead of color-string-hackery.

- move visible property into buttonRow
All items have this change set, they might inherit it just as well from
their common parent.

The plugin uri has changed from org.kde.nm to org.kde.plasma.nm, this
needs to be reflected in the plugin installation path.

- copy-paste-o in plugin name prevents it from being loaded
- service file name uses consistent naming scheme
