The tags are very useful, but are not very well polished and supported.

Definition of Done:

• Tags are first-class citizens in Akonadi alongside Items and Collections
• Tags are synced with all backends that have at least some notion of tags or categories
• Tags are well integrated in the client UIs
• The Migration Agent has a migration path to extract tags from all pre-existing Items
