So that they are the same color as the annotations they create.
This patch also adds some new icons.

Affected annotation tools:
 - Ellipse
 - Polygon
 - Rectangle (NEW)
 - Squiggly (NEW)
 - Line
 - Strikeout (NEW)
 - Underline
