Hello! The main reason behind that I wanted to do this is because when you have dark-mode enabled and have dark-mode supported apps open it kinda becomes hard to see where your cursor is.

So the main reason of making this change is because many new users(including myself) would get confused by when they change the color scheme from breeze-dark to something else because they would see their widgets and taskbar(a.k.a panels) on the breeze blue color while the windows follows the color schemes.
This is not the case of Breeze (Light and default) theme.
