Remove edk2-shell

work/bshah/drop-edk2 into master

This is niche development tool, that was useful only when doing initial bootstrap of KDE Linux. Drop it to match with buildstream build.

UEFI needles needs to be updated afterward to remove match on UEFI shell entry.
